Liked: Everything, the location was exceptional the hotel was immaculate- couldn’t fault it at all - the only thing if anything was one of the two rooms was at the front and it was rather noisy at night times with the passing traffic (thank goodness they provided ear plugs)
Disliked: Nothing..

Liked: The location of the hotel to the old town centre was great, a few minutes walk and you are in the old square (which is beutiful).
Disliked: There was no mention on the websiwebsite of the tram line running directly in front of the hotel. we had a room at the front which was noisey.

Liked: Location is ideal near center of old Krakow and all the attractions. Triple room was ideal for three adults. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Room has A/C and heat. Room was large, more like a small apartment. The building is historic (1700s) but updated with modern amenities. Very classy.
Disliked: 1. Fair warning to visitors: Krakow is not the easiest city to navigate by car. Between the random one-way streets, pedestrians crossing at will, and many intersections without traffic lights you have to stay on your toes. 2. Waze does NOT put you at the correct location but instead puts you a block away (google maps does get you to the right spot). 3. Also although hotel parking is on-site, it is NOT at the same address due to the one-way streets. Address for hotel parking is Poselska 28, 31-002 Krakow, Poland. 4. Wi-Fi was not the greatest and would periodically drop connections.

Liked: The location was excellent,just on thee edge of the old town.
Disliked: You could hear and feel the vibrations from the trams going past slightly in the night but not enough to put me off staying there.

Liked: Extremely friendly and efficient. Trips booked to work with our schedule. Large, clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: Trams a little close but did not spoil anything. Hotel supplied ear plugs but did not need them.
