Liked: I've previously and positively reviewed this hotel. I continue to return over the years because of the hotel's location in historic Colonia Santa Maria la Ribera, excellent and accommodating staff, comfortability of the rooms and the value staying here holds for me. The hotel continues to upgrade the facilities. Since my 2023 visit: new window coverings, new room light fixtures and controls, excellent and almost immediate availability of hot water at all hours and a room safe. Remember: no elevator in this 4-floor hotel, walk-up necessary; no bellman; complimentary indoor and secure parking; no on-site coffee shop (but a good one is next door, others and a bakery that is steps away); firm mattress and pillows; two bottles of purified water included, daily; bathroom toiletries and excellent quality towels. Prior reference in a review to adult content cable channels: they're gone.
Disliked: There is nothing I did not and do not like about this hotel.
