Liked: Waiting at the front, you could have some soda, coffee or tea with the snacks they offered. It is located in a safe neighbourhood, though a bit far from all the attractions but it is very peaceful in the area. I got a big room in the corner which is good, private and spacious. There is a small fridge in the room and a kettle.
Disliked: The desk in the room can be bigger compared to the size of the room. The hotel should also provide information about the neighbourhood having 'levels' as the hotel is actually located on the other level coming from the other street. It would be useful for elderly or handicapped people to plan their route.

Liked: Location is good, safe area, clean hotel and room
Disliked: Some stuffs need to be repaired in the room like wallpaper and water leaking from the shower room. They didn’t affect living overall

Liked: comfy. access by underground. close to train station.
Disliked: very dark in the room, one set of bulbs were blinking.

Good rooms with small toilet/bathroom

Liked: The rooms, the cleanliness, the staff, the breakfast, the location were all good.
Disliked: The toilet/bathroom of one of the rooms (4-bed) was extremely small. It was clean (spotless) but so small that myself of medium build can barely squeeze in.

Disliked: Nothing. All was well and good
