Liked: everything
Disliked: We arrived around 10/1030 in the evening and only cheese and cold plates available. A little more variety would have been grreat.

amazing hotel with spa facilities

Liked: Fantastic hotel. The staff we very welcoming and helpful. Spa facilities were excellent and everything was clean and well organised. the rooms were spacious and very quiet. Extremely comfortable beds. Great breakfast! location is fantastic, heart of the musuem quarter and you can be anywhere in Central Vienna in 10min.
Disliked: the gym was a little small. Nitpicking here, but wish there was atleast a rowing machine or a place to do pullups.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were extremely friendly. The bathroom was really nice and the bed was super comfy. We loved the chocolate truffles and the pillow menu !!
