Liked: Loved the spa, great selection of saunas and baths - more shy/conservative patrons may wish to bring a bathing suit as this area is not gendered. The room was spacious, shooting for the bathtub was definitely worth it, and the bidet was a great addition that others should adopt.. The restaurant is delicious, but more importantly, the bar is incredibly well-stocked if you're a fan of classic cocktails. Finally, its location at the very mouth of the Volkstheater metro stop makes it perfect for a base of operations for excursions throughout the city.

Amazing hotel and would definitely...

Liked: Staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. So accommodating. We stayed in a junior suite and it was really nice and spacious, really clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Disliked: I don’t think we can fault this hotel. We have both agreed this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, even ones with higher price tags.

Great value for money and...

Liked: The staff was extremely attentive from check in through check out. I was given a large room, with all comforts.The SPA facilities were very enjoyable.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been more varied.

Superb hotel in a great...

Liked: Our room was incredible. It was huge, lots of wardrobe space, 4 poster bed, separate toilet to the bathroom and Spotlessly clean. The reception and bar area is stunning and breakfast superb. Staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is located near the heart of the city, within a very short walk from public transport. We visited the week before Xmas and got to experience the wonderful Xmas markets on the side streets around the corner from the hotel. Plus only a short walk away was the large Xmas market which had one of the largest outdoor skating areas I’ve seen.
Disliked: We thought the swimming pool was lovely, spotlessly clean and great for those wanting to swim lengths. The spa area is wonderful but it came as a shock to us when other users of the spa were fully naked (we had swimwear on). There were no warnings from hotel staff about this and I couldn’t see any signs in the spa to advise us that it was a nudist area. We found the experience rather embarrassing. As the hotel has guests from a mix of nationalities / cultures, perhaps they could consider having dedicated time slots for those who do/don’t want the naked spa experience? Or at least forewarn guests. It is such an excellent spa facility and a petty if those who don’t want to be accompanied by naked users to feel they have to miss out.

Fabulous Christmas break

Liked: Perfect central location. Elegant hotel with warm and friendly staff. Great Spa and Gym. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with the most comfortable beds. Veranda Restaurant where you take a plentiful varied breakfast is comfortable and cosy with a lovely outlook. Highly recommend
