Liked: very polite, courteous and helpful staffa very large bed and room with all the facilities you could wish for
Disliked: the bed was a little hard for my own personnel taste

Liked: Nice selection at breakfast, pancakes and maple syrup! Coffee was very tasty! Staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly!

Great place to tour the...

Liked: Very nice breakfast buffet (as long as you don’t get there late and the eggs are cold). Good pastries. For folks who love coffees, they serve everything. Good bar for later in the day. My room was good size and very comfortable. Pleasant decorations. Too cold to enjoy the outside patio area with beautiful flowers. Close to the Metro and easy walking to Central Station. Loads of restaurants nearby of all sorts. Looks to be recently remodeled - new paint, very clean and very nice carpeting.
Disliked: Noisy! I had a room facing the street giving me a nice view. However, this is a very packed urban area and it is noisy. A bar across the street didn’t seem to close until 5am and then they still were out whooping it up after that. The folks at the desk were very kind to move me to another room - that one had a balcony and was very quiet. If you are used to a quiet environment, take that into consideration. Other than that, a very nice stay in a very beautiful city.

Liked: Great breakfast, friendly staff, renovated floors and rooms. Hotel with vibe. Convenient location, next to the station.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy in a room at night. There is a bar next doors. Air temperature in the room was too high, I was not able to change the settings.
