Liked: The location is fine and in walking distance to many locations. The staff is very friendly and the lounge area is cozy. There are several nice restaurants in the area.
Disliked: We stayed here twice during our stay and the first time our room was very run down and felt old with an unpleasant smell. We stayed on the first floor. When we came back, we got a room on the 3rd floor which was modern and nice. However we paid the same so I do think we did not get the correct room category the first time. As we only found out that there were much nicer rooms when we came back, we did not mention this. The breakfast was ok but the coffee was not good and the breakfast staff was a bit unfriendly.

Liked: The location is great within 15 min walk to the central station and 5 min walk away from a metro station to take you anywhere in the city. The room is a nice size and the furnishings are nice. The lobby is spacious and well decorated.
Disliked: The drain in our room was clogged with hair from previous guests - we had to pull it out ourselves to avoid flooding the bathroom.

Liked: The location was great, and facilities were very nice. Hotel staff was very nice.
Disliked: The room was too warm, I wanted to turn the AC on but the hotel staff said it was not possible. I left the windows open overnight for some fresh air but it was very loud.

Fantastic location an hotel

Liked: Was a fantastic location, an totally amazing safe area
Disliked: Nothing, Italians are extremely laid back so it was kinda getting used to this as we come from a very fast paced environment. In Ireland the batman would have you serves instantly in the Hooe of further sales. Not at all like this in Milan mind you if you want a drink you want it now not in 10 minutes, that's my only criticism, otherwise a fabulous stay

Liked: Lovely quiet hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: I would have liked the option to purchase dinner but this wasn’t a problem as there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
