Liked: Location was fab. Room was a good size and the shower was great. Did contact free check in due to arrival time but staff were great when we checked out and offered to store our luggage. Couldn't hear any noise from the street despite being in the city centre.
Disliked: Just noise from the stairwell when people were coming and going, doors banged very loudly and echoed. Other than this the rooms were sound proof.

Good location but a small...

Liked: Location was excellent as a 3 minute walk from the train station and the Dom. Staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in. Room was clean and warm.
Disliked: Room was really small. Luckily we only had hand luggage as more would have been problematic.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, close to HBF & easy walking distance to everything, the cathedral literally round the corner. Friendly staff.Comfortable sized room, space to unpack and move around, I also liked the subtle quirky Sahara theme. Definitely one of the best hot showers with perfect water pressure. Good soundproofing from inside & out.Next time I get the chance to visit Köln, I'm not even going to bother looking anywhwere else, this place ticks all the boxes.
Disliked: That I didn't book to stay longer!
