Fabulous! Can’t wait to return!

Liked: Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are extremely clean & beds very comfortable. Great location by metro stop and coffee shop in lobby. Easy walk to Prado and other sites. I asked for an electric teapot and was given one right away. 5 stars!
Disliked: The Website says breakfast included and it wasn’t. It would be nice to have this detail clear on website.

Everything was great! Room was...

Liked: Centrally located and right outside is a metro stop
Disliked: The only reason for 9 stars is it seems someone next to us was smoking in their room (which is not allowed) and it interrupted our sleep. We notified the staff and it didn’t happen again though. Overall would stay here again!
