The hotel was serviceable but...

Liked: Location was very good. Room was quiet. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Room was clean.
Disliked: The room was a bit shabby. Toilet seat was loose; bidet was a not tightly secured to the floor; sink shelf was not secure; shower door did not function. It came off the track every time used. The closet door would not slide and fell off onto the floor with a loud crash.

Liked: Really really kind receptionist.Fabulous location, felt really safe and comfortable, really close to all touristic places.Daily cleaned rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, quite spacious. Very nice view out the window. Right next to a nice restaurant.
Disliked: The shower door was broken, the one curtain was off the rail. There was no spoon for the coffee in the room to stir it with.The doors and furniture in general worn and old.

Clean & cozy

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and there was sufficient amenities. 24hr desk was a plus.
Disliked: room was small but bathroom was smaller. Updating is necessary. The price was a bit high for the accommodations only, breakfast added would take a bit of the sting.

Liked: The location was fantastic, the little cafe next door was reasonable since breakfast was not included. Always nice to have a lift!
Disliked: Toilet didn't work, staff didn't care. Had 4 people in 1 room, not good. Surrounding hotels were full and we were told too bad when we asked for a refund on the room.
