Exceptional

Liked: Our stay was perfect. The hotel is ideally located close to Termini Station. Room was really nice and very clean. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful!!

Disliked: The rate per day was much too high for the facilities offered. The hotel requires renovation and polishing. During my stay on the 2nd Floor noisy construction works on the ground floor were implemented throughout the whole day. However the hotel did not inform me about such works and charged as if it was a 4 Star hotel. It is unfair. If I was informed I would not have booked this hotel.

San Remo stay

Liked: Good location, the guy at reception explains us how to enjoy rome in two days. Food is just fine. Room is decent and clean.
Disliked: Only one lift and old.

Superb

Unexpected lovely room with great...

Liked: Great location. Easy to get to all the major sites either walking or using public transport from Roma Termini. Lovely room that was way nicer than expected for the good price we paid. Check in and check out was quick. We didn't book breakfast or spend much time in the room as we were only there a couple of days but easily would've been comfortable spending more time there. There were a selection of restaurants very close by as well which were cheaper than the ones closer to the center.
Disliked: The shower sprayed water absolutely everywhere due to the lay out and curtain rail but after the first day the cleaners left extra towels.

Liked: The location and the breakfast and staff and also the option to be collected from airport
Disliked: The room I had was small but it was probably indicated in the price and I think the rooms are been done up level by level

Liked: Great location. Close to Rome Termini train station. Walking distance from Colosseum and if you like walking you can walk within 45 minutes to Spanish Steps. Our rooms were after renovation. Really nice decoration, small snags in interior finishes but nothing important. Everything was in working condition.
Disliked: Ongoing refurbishment but in the future when they finish all the work and rectify all the finishing snags this will be the place to go back. Unless you want a nice view.
