Good Hotel, Good service. Room...

Liked: Staff was really nice. The location was easy to access and it had good parking. The room was spacious and the facilities were accessible and there was lots of options as to what you could do within the hotel (gym, spa, cafeteria, restuarant).
Disliked: The room had some maintenance issues. There were some cobwebs on the windows and the ceiling of the bathroom had massive cracks. They are minor things but they do stand out. Could have had another blanket ready and available seeing as it was autumn and not exactly warm, but you can ask for more at the front desk. I would recommend going but it needs improvement.

Liked: The staff are excellent and work together as a team! It's a great location for Santander. Only a 15 minute drive to the centre. Great stopover if you're catching the ferry. And...they are pet friendly!Good, reasonably priced daily menu

Eco health.

Liked: Good parking. safe dog areas. Very sympathetic staff. Inclusive gymnasium. Long dig walks in surrounding wildlife conservation areas.
Disliked: Bad lighting in room.

Overnight stopover.

Liked: We have stayed here before and it has clean, spacious rooms and parking. The staff are friendly and helpful.The views are amazing if you get a room at the front of the hotel looking out over Santander. It is a fair walk to the city centre and uphill on the way back, so if you don't like to, or can't walk a long distance a taxi is advisable. There is a large Carrefour shopping mall about a kilometre away and a Lidl. We use the hotel as a stopover before catching the ferry. We did think about getting accomodation closer to the centre but like it here so much we decided the long walk was worth it and as a bonus, it is also very quiet.
Disliked: There is nothing negative we can think of. For us it ticked all the boxes.
