Nice - but expensive

Liked: Very nice, recently upgraded and centrally located hotel.
Disliked: Price-value is better in other similar Santiago hotels. Expensive, not included breakfast. No restaurant.

Superb

Not as good as previous...

Liked: Location.Decent breakfast.Loved the 'Rags' for cleaning boots, splashes etc to be a great concept - very eco friendly.
Disliked: On this occasion the bedroom.We have stayed here several times before and this time the room was disappointing.On previous occasions the rooms were not disappointing and we gave good reviews.It was described as a bright room, it wasn't.Some of the towels in the bathroom were ragged around the edges and needed replaced.It was in the top attic, it was very stuffy and the air con was pretty ineffective.There was quite a climb to access the room which is not suitable for many people.We were not asked if everything was satisfactory.I consider on this occasion the hotel was not good value for money.If we return we have made a note to request rooms we prefer.
