Not happy due to room...

Disliked: Unfortunately they gave us a room an inch away from the lift on the 2nd floor. Late in the night- and very early morning I was constantly being woken up by beeping and people talking.right outside our door. We were exhausted after a long road trip and it was only one night. The lift was inches from our door so it was very nerve wracking being constantly woken up night and morning, The hotel did not seem busy so I was baffled as to why we were given this room.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The aircondition did not run, only the ventilation worked. Then early in the morning it started to cool without any changement on the adjustments. The bed was a trampoline. Always when my wive moved her a bit. I bumped up and down like on a trampoline for children.
