Good hotel...

Liked: The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big with very comfortable beds. My room for the first couple of days was noisy so no problem moving to a much quieter one. The location of the hotel is good and walkable to most tourist attractions and restaurants.
Disliked: Water pressure for showers seems to vary in different rooms, but I asked for another change of rooms and water pressure much better. Ongoing water problem in Mexico City and same in other hotels to some degree.

Liked: - Good value for price- Great location, near city center
Disliked: - The staff felt a little disorganized, as they only charged a part of the reservation prior to my arrival and then called my room on the second day at 9 PM to complete my payment. They also sounded annoyed, but it really was not my fault. At breakfast, one worker insisted that I didn't have breakfast included (which I did), after I insisted, he went to confirm with the reception, where they told him I am entitled for breakfast. He did not even say sorry, it was not a big issue, but it felt strange. Be prepared that the staff speaks no English and they will not help you through messages via Booking, they just tell you to come to the reception- On my last day, I saw a big bug in the room.. I really hope it was not a cockroach- The blinds of the room are incredibly dirty- Very loud! Not only due to the location right overlooking a local market place, but the hotel itself.. each noise in the building can be heard.- Pressure of water in the sink was terrible

Liked: The location was very good
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. The water was running very little, the hot water came 7 minutes after turning on the tap, the sheets and duvet cover were not very clean. The breakfast was inadequate and had no variety. There was no heating system, we were very cold. The taxi service was very expensive, we could have gone much cheaper by hailing a taxi from the street.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel is only a 15min walk to the centre of the city. Staff are really nice and helpful.
Disliked: Not much of a selection at breakfast.

Liked: Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is ok. Awesome location - walking distance to the historical center and museums.
Disliked: Nope

Liked: Lovely staff especially the house keeping who always asked if I needed anything

Liked: Everything it's close to everything metro ,zocalo shops food etc this is not my forts time at this hotel and I've recommended many times
Disliked: They need do not disturb signs. And they need to have better mirrors in Sink area mirrors were dark hard to fix your self without good mirrors .
