Exceptional

Liked: It was very new and clean. The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. I actually felt catered to and felt very comfortable in the room. Great place to stay alone. Super awesome prices.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small which made moving around and keeping stuff in there a bit inconvenient, but it wasn't a major problem. Still a really nice bathroom.

Liked: Great location in a quiet street, friendly and helpful personnel, clean and cosy rooms, garage
Disliked: The lady in the restaurant is very helpful and kind. But, there should be more options for breakfast, such as egg preparation (omelete, scrambled eggs), more types of milk.

Disliked: Please check your beds. I couldnt sleepwell , I’ve got itchy body. I didn’t bother the FO because it was around 12mn. It’s too late to transfer a room.

Great place, conveniently located

Liked: Nice place, with a touch of luxury. Great staff. Great service. The main sights of Verona are within walking distance. The train station can also be reached on foot.
Disliked: It was a bit complicated to manage the temperature (too hot in the room; we still managed to lower it, but it was still too hot in the bathroom).
