Good value and excellent location

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and in an incredible location. Just a few minutes from the train station and right next to the market. The bed was very comfortable and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. Great value!
Disliked: The bathroom was not the most functional and due to it being shared, I was unable to use it as it was constantly occupied

Liked: Igor was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good location too, 10 minute walk to the Duomo
Disliked: Shared bathroom

Passable. Slightly above “hostel-level”.

Liked: The location is excellent. Easy, flat walking distance to all the popular attractions and features. The staff were very friendly. Air-conditioning worked.
Disliked: It’s essentially an expensive hostel. Suited to backpackers and people who are used to sleeping rough. Lower all expectations and try to spend as much time outside, enjoying the city as much as possible.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and was rather clean.We were allowed to check in already at 11 am which was really convenient

Liked: Perfect location in the busy hub next to the market. Everything was easily walkable.Staff and manager were all friendly and helpful, making the stay a joy.

Liked: Location is fantastic!!
Disliked: Hotel is mediocre. No elevator so have to carry bags up. The bathroom didn't feel clean and we couldn't have the shower water on full because then it would fill up. The blanket was like a thick cardboard sheet.
