Liked: Staff was super friendly, location is amazing located right in the center of Florence.
Disliked: You have to go two floors upstairs to reach reception. No elevator.

Liked: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The location was also a big plus — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it definitely offers good value for the price.Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Perfect location, would highly recommend

Liked: Perfect location! Walking distance from train station, San Lorenzo market and convenience store next door. Rooms were clean, comfortable and perfect for our sightseeing trip.

Exceptional

For the price and location...

Liked: It has an optimal location, not even 5mins away from mercato centrale. The receptionists were really kind, they even recommended us a local restaurant (Trattoria Enzo Piero, would totally recommend it). Also on the day of check-out, we were able to leave our luggages in the hotel to pick it up later
Disliked: The room we had was a triple room found on the rooftop and there were no windows so the room was humid and it was hard to ventilate the room. There was no air dryer

Liked: Nice personnel. Cheaper than other options in the area.
Disliked: Very high humidity in the room. Very expensive parking. Shared bathroom is very small and the shower is not separated from the toilet.

Economical solution in the heart...

Liked: The location was awesome and in strategic location which is near the central station and also near the city center.Staff was polite and helpful and our room was very clean.The facility is a economic solution with a good price comparing to other accommodation option in that zone.
Disliked: Although it was clean and economical friendly 😅, the bathroom needs to be renovated. The shower drain needed to be unclogged, and we had to place towels to prevent water to go everywhere.The room seems small for us but all information was described in the booking so it was my bad to not go in the details.
