Wonderful staff and great location

Liked: The rooms were very clean

Unprofessional behavior and language problems

Liked: They say, we can cancel it as communication was not possible and they did not understand our problems.
Disliked: They barely spoke English, German or Russian.They behaved unprofessional and did not give us time to consider their proposed solutions to a parking problem. They say contradictory things about the security situation and have no understanding for concerns.The place appeared to be suffering from a lack of order.

Good location and great safe...

Liked: The staff was excellent, they helped us with all of our questions. The room was clean and cosy. They have private gated parking. There is a large supermarket right behind the building.
Disliked: The breakfast could be a bit fresher. Otherwise portions and quality was ok.

Liked: The hotel staff were very kind. I liked the two terraces (one in first floor, one on ground floor) and the overall comfort feeling of the hotel. The location is also good, quite near the railway station and city center.
Disliked: I expected more options for breakfast (for example they had only the option of boiled eggs, fried or scrambeled were not an option) and it was quite noisy in the evening (cars can be heard from a nearby street).

Liked: It was close to the station and the city. Staff was very kind.
Disliked: The room did not have heating until 7 pm, in winter it was a bit chilly. The breakfast was a bit odd, off season, I got everything in the end but I had to ask for everything literally one by one.

Liked: Big and very clean room . Very nice staff and not far from the train station and center.
Disliked: The room smelled of smoke . The towels in the bathroom smelled of smoke. We suspect that the neighbours in the next room were smoking because the hotel did not smell of smoke.

Liked: The location was good. The people were nice and friendly. The breakfast was ok. Not many options, very simple. The rooms were nice size and comfortable. I liked the bathroom it looks like they just updated them.
Disliked: I did not like the strong smell of cigarettes in the lobby of the hotel and next to my room.
