Great base for exploring Modena

Liked: Yes a little dated, but served our purpose absolutely perfectly. Marco (the owner?) was just the nicest person, explained everything well and messaged to check if we needed further instructions. Hotel is 4 min walk from Franceschetta 58 - if you’re visiting for dinner it’s absolutely spot on location. Also 15 min walk to Piazza Grande. Free parking, clean rooms and the bathroom, lovely staff. Great value for money in our opinion.
Disliked: Bed can be a little noisy, but if you’re as tired after day of exploring as we were, you’ll fall asleep in no time

Liked: Location is very central and there is a bus stop as soon as you step outside of the hotel, which is a bonus. Staff were extremely helpful and room was clean.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small
