Liked: The location was close to Bella’s Artes
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, room outdated. The Restaurant closed 20 minutes early, I had to walk at night to find some food.Staff was not helpful. I wasn’t offered an upgrade and was charged for two people instead of one.

Liked: Location was good. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was ok. I had minimal interaction with the staff, but they seemed friendly. For the price, this hotel met my expectations.
Disliked: Rooms were noisy - I could hear noise from the street and from the hallway. A couple of nights I was woken up by guests who were yelling in the hallway. Also, my blanket was very thin.

Liked: Gym room was enough for me to get a good workout and the staff was very kind
Disliked: You hear everything going on in the hall and we even heard from the other rooms. It seems that many hotels are like that so it might be the same other places. The bed was very soft. This is personal preference though and others might like that. We later found out that we should not stay in the centre. It is close to many tourist attractions and nice during daytime, but the centre is not the best place to stay during evening/nighttime.

Best value for money; super...

Liked: Been staying here before and always been happy and satisfied. Good service whether reception/front desk or room service/cleaning. The location super central less than ten minutes walking from Bella Artes, 15 minutes from Madero and 20 - 25 from Zocalo
Disliked: A detail which I have drawn the attention to before; in the bathroom it would be super nice if there was a door to the shower cabin so that not the entire bathroom floor is wet after having taken a shower. Beside that; in the room I had (202) a small section of the floor was damaged and should be fixed/repaired. And for the ones who doesn`t speak any Spanish; a little knowledge of English at the front desk would be nice. Nevertheless minor details which would not keep me from coming back
