I would not recommend

Liked: To give credit where credit was due, the bed was nice
Disliked: Everything except the bed. I'll start off by saying there were ants in the room. I was squishing about ten a day. Beyond that, the room just didn't seem ready. I was meant to stay at 409 but as the key card didn't work when I got there they put me in 109. (Side note, that wasn't a queen room like I'd ordered and I didn't appreciate being bumped down.) When I got into room 109 there were sizable patches of unpainted wall where they must have either run out of paint or given up. The sink in the bathroom had tiles missing and you would see the rusted pipes and bracket holding it up. I could honestly forgive that though if it weren't for the noise. The corridor outside echoed so badly that you could hear everything going on outside. Every footstep, every conversation and the lift has a heavy metal door that slams shut. when it does, it sounds like someone's taking a sledgehammer to a wall. I was woken up several times in terror by that slam meaning that on the last night I stayed I only got an hour's sleep.

5 Star Hotel

Liked: Hotel exceeded all my expectation. I love the easy access of Parking next to the Hotel and the security. I love the Restaurant from the first floor. It is definitely a five star Hotel. It is my third time and I definitely will return.
Disliked: It would of been nice if the Hotel had AC., but overall the weather was accommodating to the comfortableness

Liked: The property was located closer to everything in central Mexico City.
Disliked: The property only provides with 4 towels 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels.No towels for the floor.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED in the hotel...

Liked: Not much at all.
Disliked: No A/C.; Uncooperative Management TeamProblems: a) Could not open the window (with the binds up) to let fresh air in because of a very bright flood light across the way shining in the room (lit up the whole room so you couldn't sleep).b) No ventilation in room (besides two fans going), but the only way to get some air flow to reduce the hot temperature, was to open the door to the hotel room (anyone could come right in). c) Finally, after staying awake until about 4:30am, and getting sick, we took some medicine to fall asleep for a few hours, and left the hoteld) Hotel management agreed to refund the trip, but after 1.5 weeks I still have not yet received my refund. Bookings.com is trying to get the refund, but so far, nothing.
