Disappointing

Liked: The staff was nice and helped us with a problem with the safe. The location was good. It was also nice to have a balcony.
Disliked: The rooms are very old. The parquet was very old and looked very dirty. The shower in the bathroom was clean, but the water jet was not a jet. There were even verms because of the stagnant water. Bath towels should be changed because they are very old too. Also, in the room the light was not optimal at all. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and there is noise very early in the morning.

Liked: practically everything: the attention of the staff, the facilities, the restaurant, etc.
Disliked: The internet connection in the room was terrible

Clean, cute, quiet

Liked: The room is very clean. Very good location. Hot shower. Good Wifi. The hotel is very close to Zocalo, esay to find and very quiet location.You can leave your baggages if your arrive before check-in time. If they ready your room, you can check-in before check-in time.

Decent place for two nights...

Liked: Convenient to centro histórico. Good for $25 per night. I was a solo traveler.
Disliked: Towels and sheets were rough, not soft. Bed was hard as a rock but I had no trouble sleeping.

Disliked: No hot water for a quick shower but there are huge water issues in Mexico at the moment so I understand. The WiFi did not work.
