Liked: Fabulous location, short walk from the terminal. Warmly welcomed on Checkin. Huge room was spacious with a big desk. Separate restaurant adjacent served excellent Italian food. Easy public transport connections into Salzburg and to Bad Reichenhall, Lofer, Zell am See and beyond.
Disliked: Nothing significant

Liked: Management were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine. Restaurant next door was nice. Food and service good and good value.
Disliked: Room seemed dark, ceilings low. Heard people and noise well into early morning. However, room was well-insulated from airplane noise.

Disliked: Internet is super slow, it is much needed to connect with family . Most of times it never works Also there are family dogs with no leash in the hotel , if you’re afraid of dogs please be aware

Disliked: Due to our error , we were locked out of the hotel and had to sleep in our car , as no one answered the 24 hour emergency help telephone number … Ridiculous situation … we finally got into our room at 6 o’clock in the morning ..
