Great location, convenient. Lots of...
Liked: location was fabulous. Room was big
Disliked: Not really any staff on site you had to go downstairs and call them on a landline. It's a fabulous builing but no staff so you flt a little abandoned. Our room was clean the bathroom was poor, with fixures that were broken. lights in the room where awkward. It was a bit cold too. Needs to be given a bit of love.

Pertfect
Liked: Olivier is a very helpful host and breakfast was delicious. The location is amazing and 5 minutes walk from the Belfort Tower. Everything was just perfect for our weekend trip in Bruges. ☺️

Liked: The hotel is in a historical building so there is not a lift.We knew this and it was not a problem for us .But if you would have big luggages you should consider that you have to climb narrow stairs10-15 mins walking distance from the train staion and it is in the heart of the old town. When you step out you can have lots of restaurants, cafes Unbeatable location. There is free tea coffee service in the lobby and there are very comfortable sofas in the lobby to rest and chill out after a tiring day

Amazing location for exploring Brugge,...
Liked: The location is perfect. Short walk to the centre but far enough that it’s quiet in the evening. My room had an amazing view of the cathedral. The staff are very polite and accommodating, nothing was too much hassle. I was able to leave my bags in a secure locker for the day after checking out which was handy. There was also breakfast available at the owner’s B&B across the road, but I chose to pass on this to get out early to explore before things got busy.
Disliked: The coffee machine in the room had a strange smell, so I decided not to use it. There was very good coffee available for free downstairs, but a kettle in the room and some tea for the evening would have been nice. But this is a small complaint overall.

Very good
Liked: Location was excellent, old world charm of the building and surrounds. Handy stroll to station and main attractions. Honesty bar for an evening night cap is a nice touch. Decent value for money.
Disliked: Not really the property's fault, however the great location was also a sore point as it seems to be at the heart of early morning city workers right by the cathedral, bottle collection truck at 5am is crazy, taxi horns beeping, truck delivery drop offs etc. I am a light sleeper but if you dont want to be waken before sunrise then bring ear plugs.
