Lovely hotel

Liked: The room I booked for myself only was ridiculously huge (was meant for 5 people) which I found funny.The bed was really comfy, I had an amazing sleep.Staff were nice, breakfast was included.The location is good, the hotel is in walking distance from the main train station and there’s a bus stop right outside. Definitely would stay again.

Disliked: I was not very happy, my second day at the hotel wasn't very pleasant. The bathroom was leaking from the ceiling, electricity was off in the bathroom, and the heating was off in freezing cold weather.

Not getting value for money

Liked: The location is great for being in the city centre this was a very nice and quiet street! Rooms very spacious and heated very well on a cold December night.
Disliked: Bathrooms need a serious refurbishment as the smell and black mould around shower really put me off especially with our little asthmatic child. For the price we stayed I would have expected more and regretted not paying £20 more for a nice new hotel at Vaclavske Namesti incl breakfast
