Wouldn’t go back

Liked: The hotel is nice however we requested late check out 12 pm and at 11am a guy quite rude knocked at our door saying that we were supposed to check out at 11am something that can be quite disappointing and just show that they are not really organised.

Liked: Only issue was the room was very warm and the air conditioning felt like it was blowing hot air even after air con was reset - room windows don’t open so this meant the nights were quite warmLocation was right next to the tube which was convenient Room was good and as pictured

Very pleasant experience

Liked: Came with a group of friends, 7 of us in total to see ABBA Voyage show. Was pleasantly surprised as to the high quality of this accommodation and right next to the underground. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant exceptional and good value for money. Rooms very comfortable and clean with high quality furnishings. We all enjoyed it immensely.
