Nice experience in Lyon

Liked: The staff was really nice and gave me useful tips. The location was very pleasant and you can do everything walking. The bed was perfect, four pillows for one was a dream come true and the amenities smelled really good.

Liked: The hotel staff was the best I have ever seen. Especially the middle-aged gentleman helped me incredibly and gave me tips about the city. Location and cleanliness of the room are also quite good

Liked: The room was very good, spacious, and had high ceilings, clean, and in a perfect location for walking around and sightseeing. The location is very convenient.
Disliked: For me, the rating would have been higher if there had been sound insulation. You can hear everything from the rooms above, and the pillows are less comfortable.

Disliked: There was no kettle in my room which was frustrating as I would have enjoyed being able to have a cup of tea/coffee at my leisure.
