Liked: The room was beautiful. The bathroom was amazing.
Disliked: The staff was not very friendly. I asked the check in staff about how far my venue was and he seemed very put out and annoyed. Just told me that everything was within walking distance. Did not offer to help me get to my destination or help me with directions. Didn’t even ask where I was trying to get to. I didn’t encounter one friendly person. The valet people were not any friendlier than the guest check in. The hotel is gorgeous but you need to train your staff on how to interact with a customer.

It wasn’t the worst experience!...

Liked: I love the location, the room itself, the pool, the bar and the restaurant!
Disliked: I didn’t like that I stayed there for 5 days and I requested someone to clean the room and no one came to clean the whole 5 days I was there. We had to sleep with piled dishes and old food sitting. No one brought clean towels or bedding. The Valet had horrible communication. Valet took over 20 mins to bring my vehicle. I also have a new fresh scratch on the front and back passenger side of the car. I really need to look into that. I don’t remember these damages on my car before this trip. Last but not least we requested a well done steak and it was super pink so it could not be eaten.

Liked: We liked the old feel of the hotel. The room was very nice!
Disliked: The hotel restaurant - we waited an hour and ended up leaving without our food. They never came back to check on us.

Great staff, great service and...

Liked: Very elegant and really close to Busch stadium.
Disliked: The pool closed at 10 pm. After an evening game it would be nice if the pool would stay open later.

Liked: Great property and convenient location. Super friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. We enjoyed using the rooftop pool and fitness area.
Disliked: Biggest downside was the TV was 10+ years old our cable access only. It didn’t connect to any apps like Netflix, Disney, etc.

Disliked: The area within a one block radius is deserted and neighboring buildings are closed and destroyed by what look like squatters. We never felt unsafe and walkable to Arch and Busch Stadium

Liked: The location was great. We were close to Busch Stadium.
Disliked: I am having a billing dispute with the hotel. They are not giving me credit for the $391.28 I paid to Booking.com when I made the reservation, and no one at the hotel is ever available to discuss the issue.

Disliked: Staff. We reached late night, person at the front desk was rude, condescending and trying to avoid us. He was not clear about the valet. The pricey valet came w/complimentary charging, did not charge our car. On the second night we had to ask 5 times
