Helpful, Friendly, clean rooms.
Liked: The staff despite some hesitation, was able to accomodate a room in a quiet area. Offered me to stay working the day of check out in their Affair Lounge while the rest of family continued to visit the city.Close to a food store and Metro station. overall we ll would return again :)
Disliked: The location is not the best of Montreal but overall not unsafe. Price of parkade is too high. Not a fancy place could use some carpet renewal.Street noise, maybe book on the other side .

Do not stay here
Liked: The location was close to the venue and many amenities within walking distance.
Disliked: I cannot emphasize this enough—do NOT stay here. This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The trouble began as soon as we checked in. Not only do they charge you for your entire stay upfront, but they use sneaky language like "freeze the amount of your stay." It's not a freeze; they charge you immediately. This wasn’t communicated in any of the emails between the hotel and Booking.com, and they bury the details on their booking page. It’s shady, to say the least. When we finally got to the room, it was beyond disappointing. For the price we paid, the condition of the room was appalling. The outlet next to the bed had an extension cord already overloaded with two devices plugged in. The room was falling apart (see photos). The coffee and tea options were bare minimum. Despite adjusting the temperature controls, the room constantly emitted heat—except for one room that had air conditioning. The TV kept losing signal, making it impossible to watch anything. The next day, we went to the front desk, and that’s when Celine informed us that she had made an error regarding a $50 deposit—it was actually supposed to be $250. I was already frustrated by the constant hidden costs and subpar room, and when the manager arrived, things only got worse. He was rude from the start—condescending and dismissive. He refused to even talk to my husband, speaking over me and interrupting constantly. When I mentioned the TV issue, he blamed me for not reporting it the night before. At this point, I just wanted to leave, but since it was past checkout, we would’ve been charged for another night whether we stayed or not. He offered to waive one night of parking (which was $40/day) and promised someone would come up to fix the TV. Fine.I also confirmed that I had arranged for a late checkout, given the number of issues with this hotel. When I spoke to the front desk again, they claimed we hadn’t paid for it. I showed them the confirmation from Booking.
