This is the ideal place...

Liked: The hotel is located in one of the hops of Biarritz. It is outstanding two star Hotel. It is ideal location for travelers who want to get the feel of locals. I stay was over the New Year’s Eve holiday. I liked it so much. I stayed an additional two days.
Disliked: As anticipated, the bathroom was small had a bit congested with a low ceiling over the tub and shower. Oh well, I got more exercise.

Liked: Perfectly placed for exploring Biarritz and shopping
Disliked: Quite a few stairs - limited stations on TV

Liked: - Excellent location right in the center of Biarritz- Easy check-in & check-out- Spacious room- Good wifi
Disliked: - Area a bit noisy as pointed out by many. Bring earplugs- Bed was a little bit hard for my liking

Super location and friendly staff

Liked: Fantastic location. Very close to the beach, restaurants/shops/bars. Staff very friendly and super communication. Lovely market beside the hotel. Easy to get to from bus/train station.
Disliked: Wifi wasn't the best.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location and exceptional staff.
Disliked: Room could have done with more natural light especially as we were staying for the week but as I requested a first floor room I accepted the compromise.

Very good

Liked: The stay was very good and good value for money. The food in the restaurant exceptional. The male waiter was very stressed in the evening and the breakfast left very much to wish for. There was no warm food like boiled eggs, and the offering very limited. Not at all at the same standard as the dinner.

Great location and value for...

Liked: Location in the centre if Biarritz close to market, restaurants, shops and beach. Value for money in an expensive location. Very friendly, kind receptionist. Cooling fan was appreciated.
Disliked: The corridors and stairs are a bit dark and need updating.
