Double charged by Booking.com &...

Liked: Bed furniture and decor in the room were great.
Disliked: I was charged by booking.com AND THE PROPERTY as well!!! My efforts to rectify the issue have been in vain and either being ignored pushed aside ... point being there's no help from the hotel and YOU Booking.com should be ashamed of your ineptitude in this matter even I'd suffice to say Derelict in protecting your client during the transaction process and after it was settled your your incredible actions of "Giving ZERO FUCKS" Towards me and my issue is extremely disheartening and VERY Stressful . I'm out $102 and only thing you guys seem to care about is automated emails reminding me to review my stay that day.. Well , HERE it is
