Convenient location but sub-par service...

Liked: Location was ideal. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was cramped...poor layout. No place to sit. Bathroom was not supplied with basics. Drain in the bathroom sink was plugged up and should have been reported by housekeeping. Mostly, no hot water for two of the three night that I stayed there.

Liked: The location is placed in a key point of the city. The employees of the hotel were acting professional with every customer. Even though is placed right in the heart of the city, it was a quiet and calm stay.
Disliked: The bath could use some improvements. It was clean, but you can see that there are things that needs taking care off.
