Very good

Liked: Great staff. Comfortable room. Best blackout curtains I've ever seen. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: 25 minute city bus ride from city center. Bus drivers not helpful. Not great location for tourists as no facilities nearby. Near Autostrade so good for business people.

Liked: Really helpful receptionists. Good breakfast and parking. You get what you expect from 3 star hotel.
Disliked: Room was bit outdated.

Superb

Liked: This is a quiet, nice hotel, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was good - Italian style, with a lot of sweets but less food... - but for many that might be ok. The receptionist was really nice and helped us find a good restaurant very close to the hotel. They even got us our luggage in the room while we were at the restaurant.
Disliked: The only problem was that the walls are not sound-proofed and we had to listen to the couple next room 'at it' for ours! We could not get a good night sleep. The walls are really thin.
