Oberrated hotel!

Liked: clean room, comfortable bed
Disliked: flickering light in the bathroom, we entered the room at midnight and informed the staff at the reception about the defective light after breakfast the next day. the staff said now it would be to late. we should have told him right away (okay, so at midnight? we only stayed for one night).he said he has no possibilities to compensate. honestly, he did not seem willing to meet us halfway!second criticism: at breakfast there was an older lady (staff) who criticized a young girl (employee) in front of all the guests. It really was not respectful and professional in any way! The young employee was really polite to us and wanted to take our order. The older lady generally wasn’t really friendly at all.. she just seemed to be dissatisfied and also talked very strange to the guests. for example: we should go to the side that she could walk through the corridor, because she could not move the walls.. ehhhm honestly, no one cares! She just made a strange atmosphere!

Liked: The room was very clean and quiet, the breakfast and the restaurant are very good. Friendly staff and dog-friendly hotel.
Disliked: The rooms in the old part of the building do not have air conditioning, but for us it was not a big problem.

Liked: Nice breakfast, free parking outside the hotel and perfectly clean room.
Disliked: The girl we met at the reception is mildly kind, more can be done to welcome the guests.
