Nice place to stay.

Liked: Staff at reception spoke good English. The hotel is well located between St Raphael and Frejus (though not particularly near the centre of either). The room was comfortable as a base for a few nights.
Disliked: No sign of the hot tub- but it was quite out of season.

Liked: Very Central to Frejus marina and old town centre a short walk away.Parking spaces brilliant.Clean and tidy staff really helpful and very friendly

Economic stay

Liked: For this price a hotel is okay. Good hotel location. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choice. There is a parking in front of the hotel.
Disliked: The room does not look like as at the picture. Very small room. Air conditioning very noisy. Very very small bathroom with a disgusting shower.

Disliked: We had a reservation for [02-03/8], and upon arrival, we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience.Firstly, despite the check-in time being 15:00, our room was not available until 18:00. This caused considerable inconvenience and disrupted our plans for the day. Additionally, when we finally accessed our room, we found it to be in a messy and unsatisfactory condition. This is not the level of service I expected from a hotel of your Reputation and After paying 210e for one Night. Upon check out we kindly asked for a refund. The two Young ladies at the reception asked us to send an Email which they would forward to Their Boss.We did that but guess what. they Never got for back to us. Super unprofessional. Messy and very Bad Service.
