Liked: I was delayed and arrived late, and the staff were really accommodating and helpful - and turned what was quite a stressful situation into an easy check in and stay. Great value and location!

Disliked: -sink was dripping-window was broken

Liked: close to the center, lots of nice places in the area, it was clean and the rooms look like in the pictures
Disliked: it's hard to find service at the reception, no contact with the hotel via the booking.com application, they charged me twice for the same reservation and only after contacting booking.com did they give me back the money

Liked: A warm welcome from the gentleman at the reception who greeted us with a smile and was willing to answer any of our questions and give us useful advice.

Liked: Breakfast excellent, Room and Location all very satisfactory, except very rarely you would find anyone at the Reception Desk and no Contact Bell/Ring facility at the Reception, otherwise very good.
Disliked: Contact Facility at Reception Desk i.e , Bell/Ring
