I love the rooms; we have stayed there several times even though parking is difficult and the breakfast isn't great. The little lounge is fantastic, staff is excellent and the location is perfect.

Liked: Likes: location was very convenient. Easy walking distance to the water and downtown attractions. Complimentary breakfast @ Rosie's diner next door, and it was a real breakfast with sausages and eggs. Room had everything you need-- shampoo, soap, towels, ac/fan/heater, hangers, clothes iron, and even a fridge/ microwave which was appreciated. Dislikes: a little dirty (they didn't do a thorough cleaning before I checked in... There was still poop ON the toilet seat, hair on the bathroom floor, and the fitted sheets of the bed were inside out). The wifi did not work well (it mostly worked in the bathroom).

Exceptional

Liked: They were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was accessible. Parking was easy. Great value for the money and excellent location.
Disliked: What's not to like?
