Good Location. Near Cheap Eats....

Liked: The location is great - it's near some of our favorite restaurants, and easy to hop on to the Jean Talon and metro. It's not too noisy despite being that close to a major highway on the island, and the rooms are very spacious. We went in winter, and they had an ice skating rink! The pool looks very nice, and my partner and I joked (but maybe seriuosly) about hosting our wedding there. It's a very, very great hotel.
Disliked: It's currently being updated, and the restaurants there no longer exist. I'm hard pressed to find anything I didn't like, but I'd have to say the coffee machines were awkward and didn't fit the cup, but that's my only complaint!

Liked: I stayed for two nights in January. The room was clean and mostly renovated. A hairdryer and iron were provided, but small details like slippers and a shoehorn were missing. When I asked the staff, they didn’t have any available. The staff were friendly and did their best to assist within their limits. Unfortunately, the restaurants were closed due to renovations, which was disappointing. Overall, for the price I paid (~$100 per night before additional taxes), I’m satisfied. However, there were hidden fees, such as taxes, that were added at checkout. I would have preferred knowing the full cost upfront when booking.Also, don’t forget to bring a plug adapter if you’re visiting from Europe, as the hotel doesn’t provide them at all. I had to shop around to find one during my stay.

Disliked: I call to ask my deposit is hang up me it's wanna steal my deposit it's still my back and my choice

Disliked: Air conditioning in room would blow cold air, but not hot air. No microwave in room (king deluxe)
