Liked: The restaurant staff were excellent, Dinner was very good but breakfast menu not great. Reception staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Room was very small and cramped, could not fully open bathroom door because of bed and bathroom was cramped. Would have expected a bit more room. I understand this is a heritage hotel but definately the smallest room I have ever stayed in and I travel extensively

Liked: Good central location for walking to Old Town and the River 15-20 minutes in either direction. Room 206 was quiet, clean and tidy. Bars, Cafés and restaurants close by.

Disliked: Hot at the room. The A/C did’nt work. Had a room with no windows to outside.

Liked: Location. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the lady serving breakfast. Hotel decor. Relaxed atmosphere. Hotel arranged a private pickup from hotel at a good price. Marcin, the driver was excellent.
Disliked: Received an upgrade to a beautiful suite. However there was no shower screen in shower/bath so water splashed on floor. Brought this to attention of Reception staff so I am sure this will be resolved.
