Wonderful hotel, great staff and...

Liked: Fantastic location in the centre of the Jewish Quarter- surrounded by history and so easy to walk to places of interest. Polite, helpful staff. Felt very safe.

Liked: Great location everything very walkable and some great restaurants near The square is superb with the Synagogues and the birthplace of Helena RubinsteinRoof top bar being refurbished but looks fabGreat room
Disliked: As said room was great need the aircon on as we had a rear room and the trams are noisy to have window open

Comfortable, characterful and affordable hotel...

Liked: The room was a good size, the decor modern and tasteful and the beds comfortable. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Nice touches such as dressing gowns and slippers. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Brilliant location in a beautiful square. Very good value for money
Disliked: This is a minor criticism but the design of the shower screen meant it didn't fit the bath properly to provide a watertight seal so a considerable amount of water ended up on the floor when you took a shower. We solved the problem by detaching the shower head, but this was a design fault not the fault of the hotel and there was nothing they could have done to rectify the problem had we complained.
