Liked: The reception guy was very helpful.
Disliked: No way to park around hotel, I parked for 15€/day 500m away. This is not unusual for such big cities, especially when you are close to downtown, the reception guy instructed me where they have a pariking spot.

Liked: It’s close to the Düsseldorf hbf, around 15-20 mins walking. The same for the other attractions. The staff are also very friendly and really helped me out to navigate the city.

Liked: The place is very near to the center of the city, only 4 bus stations which cost only around 1 euro, or just 15 minutes walking, but the most important are the staff, especially the lady on the reception which is especially polite and helpful and will do anything to provide help, also I would like to mention especially clean premises.
Disliked: Everything was perfect
