Liked: This is a perfect hotel right in the city centre with parking and dog friendly.
Disliked: Sadly the reception staff were a little disinterested or board ? The breakfast was not the best during or Belgium visit.

Trouble free and a charming...

Liked: Everything esp breakfast (real food and lots of choices) and check-in and check-out info. Description of hotel and amenities on Booking site were accurate but the hotel is more lovely in person. Private parking easy to access and free. Accommodated us for a second night. WiFi worked! Room had good lighting and quiet. Beds really comfortable. The ambience of the hotel is sophisticated and friendly, too. Great shower!
Disliked: We liked everything. Very close to city center and winding streeets with shops and restaurants. Antwerp is so beautiful and everyone we interacted with warm and helpful.

The perfect hotel for first-time...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, they had everything you'd normally find and even a waffle maker and a pancake machine. We also want to point out the rooms - they were not over-decorated but tasteful and cosy. The beds were so comfortable!
Disliked: It was all amazing! I would definitely return.

Wonderful

Liked: Fantastic place on the super central location ( amazingly quiet at night ) and super friendly staff ( especially young lady on the reception and blonde lady in breakfast time )! Simple, calm, warm, clean and comfortable room and great shower, nice surprise is flour heating in the toilet and bathroom!
