Fabulous stay in a wonderful...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff, comfort
Disliked: Everything was excellent except for the shower which was rather low pressured.

Very good

Liked: The staff at reception were so helpful, and went out of their way too. I found out that check out was at noon, and when I asked for an extension due to a meeting I had early afternoon, I was allowed to check out at 1230 hrs instead. It's something small but to me it meant the world. Thank you.

A very comfortable and cosy...

Liked: The room was excellent: spacious and modern with a very comfortable bed. It was also well equipped; we really had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was exceptional in all respects: fresh, plentiful and beautifully displayed. The staff were friendly, in particular the young lady on our first day (13th) who was knowledgable, calm, efficient and very helpful indeed.
Disliked: We couldn’t think of any way that this hotel disappointed us.
