Liked: Location, cleaness and staff were excellent. Better, impossible!
Disliked: The parking is at walking distance, but on a rainy day with luggage it could be trick. However, it is a minor disturbance on the whole picture.

Well located to explore Santiago.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, perfectly located, especially since we had heavy rain and we were able to shelter in the soportales when we were in the street.Great staff.
Disliked: The walls were thin, between room 11 and next door. We could hear every conversation that a very loud couple were having and the TV till late.

Liked: The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was perfect and very close to the cathedral and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and rooms are quiet.
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit old and may need some renovation.

Liked: Perfect location, the cathedral is just around the corner. The staff were exceptionally nice, helpful, caring, and friendly. The place was also very clean. Highly recommend!
