Potential but fell short.

Disliked: Was locked out of room due to closing door with key left inside. Out of hours emergency line was called several times and no one answered the call although it was stated by notice to call during certain hours. Had to stay in another hotel for the night. Was charged for a new room key to get entry back into room which was stated at check-in.Understand busy time of year but unable to contact hotel on prescribed number at prescribed times is simply unacceptable.
