Poor

Disliked: The hotel and the room were not clean. Outside the hotel by the door there were so many drug addicts, people living in the streets, it was a very scary experience.

Good stay prior to cruise.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff and bonus of free coffee making facilities downstairs.
Disliked: All good and we did book the cosy comfort room but it was very small as we had 2 suitcases prior to our cruise.

Overall despite the compact room...

Liked: I liked the location of the property, it was fun being in downtown.
Disliked: I wasn't expecting the room to be as small as it was. The bathroom had no window and it was a sliding door.
