Good location but bit tired.

Disliked: Could have had a bit more thought into who was using room. Eg family of 4 but only had 2 bowls. No tea towel.

Liked: It was a place to stay
Disliked: My spouse and I are 73 and 81 years old respectively. We were put on the third floor and there was no elevator! We were told when we checked out the next morning at 7am there would be somebody in the lobby and coffee. The lobby was locked. I had to walk back upstairs to place the room key back in the room and lock that door. The tv was Roku and really did not work.

Liked: Location was good, it had a fridge which was handy and a microwave
Disliked: Noise from from all surrounding rooms including above. thin walls, small bathroom, tiny shower with sink next to bed, which has sharp corners which you inevitably bang into, due to room size.

Disliked: Nothing they were perfect.

Chilling in Longbeach.

Liked: The staff here were wonderful. They couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are comfortable, and the location was great for me to board a cruise.
