Superb

Great stay!

Liked: The most friendly and helpful staff! Great lodging space
Disliked: A bit far from the old town but great space to have as a home-base for a few days

A nice spot in the...

Liked: They let us check in early and the room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Good lighting.
Disliked: You couldn't open any windows. No apparent extraction fan in the bathroom. The selection at the buffet breakfast was very poor and poorly laid out. Only white bed, no yogurt, no granola, etc. Essential breakfast items missing. Not worth the $15 per person.

Very positive except the parking

Liked: Super clean, spacious room, very quiet, friendly and welcoming staff
Disliked: Parking is difficult to access and not a nice location overall

Liked: Everything great, personal also amazing and kind. We love this hotel and definitely will comeback . Behind the hotel you will find a nice secret bar . My recommendation 🙃
Disliked: Not complaining, just when we was staying in hotel it’s was a renovation on a 1 floor

Liked: the place is new and clean, big room, friendly staff
Disliked: Advertising was a bit miss leading: it said add a bed for free, but only for kids < 17 years old; it emphasized parking, but if you park without their ticket, only $10. VS use their ticket cost $22+

Room was spacious and nice....

Liked: breakfast was scheduled to begin at 8:00 am. We arrived at 8:15 and found no staff there, coffee maker that did not work, slices of bread with an old toaster nearby and some fruit. No one showed up until about 8:45 and that was only one young man attempting to make eggs. We received coupons from the front desk when we arrived for a free breakfast but there was no one to give them to. When we checked out we were asked if we had breakfast and I told him how bad it was and that we were told it would be complimentary. However $25 was charged to our credit card
Disliked: Requested two wake up calls that we never received.TV in room never worked although we requested someone three times for repair.We had early flight on Sun so I requested statement be ready for us when we checked out but could not get one.Sheets were not changed. towels were not changed.Dirty coffee cups were left in room.
