Overall exceded expectations

Liked: The staff was very friendly and competentThe hotel has modern amenities while having lot of flair and beautiful architectureService is of a different level than more basic hotelsWe wanted to enjoy Lausanne and after searching for a hotel on booking.com and initially finding Royal Savoy, I liked it so much that I could not actually book anything else despite anything else being cheaper. Having completed my trip, I can confirm that the rooms were exactly like in the picture (we had the Savoy Executive room with Lake view and Spa), and the balcony offered a spectacular view.
Disliked: I don't have anything to comment here. For anything a guest is missing, they can speak to the friendly staff who would surely find a solution.

A little bit of luxury.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and a fantastic spa. Very nice breakfast. Given a card for free use of public transport in Lausanne which was very helpful. There is a metro station directly opposite the hotel and Lausanne main train station isn’t far away.
Disliked: Nothing really, though it is quite expensive.

Nice one night stay at...

Liked: The only reason the rooms where not close to each other was the two different buildings they have as well as the type of room booked.Not easy when you're a family of 5.Anyhow, not a problem for us and we did enjoy the night we stayed there.The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially Laura (Reception) and Alberto (Concierge).
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was quite nice.

Will be back again!

Liked: The staff, the hotel and the rooms all very clean and lovely. Good value for money, the suit is gorgeous. Good separation between master and rest of the room. The hotel is very nicely decorated as well. Loved it!
Disliked: The parking is expensive

Liked: I loved everything about Royal Savoy. Very clean room, very fast check in/out. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying at the Royal Savoy again in the near future, thank you very much!
