It was the perfect hotel...

Liked: Great breakfast with a wide range of options. The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet in the night. Only 4 stops in the tram to get to the city center.

Was nice and good value...

Liked: Good location, nice entrance and great lifts.
Disliked: The room was very hot, I spoke with reception 3 times and still it was hot. I would have to leave the window open all day just for it to cool down. Also the bed is very hard and the rooms could do with an update. The bathroom however was lovely and modern.

Liked: Nice staff, clean rooms
Disliked: The temperature of mine and my daughters room, which was on a different floor, was set at 25.5. I repeatedly asked for the temperature to be changed, as did my daughter, but nothing was done.Breakfast was usually cold to luke warm at best.

Liked: The Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The location is very good, surrounded by restaurants and shops in case you want to eat out.
