Liked: The location and facilities are fine
Disliked: The elevator hydraulic system noise is non stop all day and night, I was not able to get any sleep, at night is not that often but since it is more quiet you hear it more, at 7:00 am I couldn’t take it any more and I went down stairs to complaint but they offered a “little discount” and a free break from stopping me to post a bad review, but here it goes…..I don’t want more customers to go through this, I can believe more people are not complaining about this noise, it says it is a 4 star hotel but it is far from it. I am glad my stay was only for one night.

Liked: Staff were friendly, and the place is clean, but it's due to a big renovation as it is so outdated! Fridge in the room is great, but these days a kettle, tea and coffee is a must in the room, which none of our rooms had. The rooms need soundproofing too.
