Liked: Everything was clean and the room was spacious. The staff was so accommodating and really went the extra mile to meet our needs.

Liked: Good location, small hotel that can’t be too crowded, so I like it.
Disliked: Rude women on check out, when she surprised me about “deposit 400€” on check in ( booking says I need to pay only city tax upon arrival. But problem was not in deposit, problem was in plastic card, I have only Apple Pay, and she was arguing that I can’t pay with AP, only plastic. And she answered me to rude that’s my problem and everything Is said on booking (but not hehe). Anyway I found solution by myself, and then after another front desk manager told me no problem with AP. There was my birthday, and hotel doesn’t greet guests on their birthday ( every year traveling and 99% of hotels doing small cute things for birthdays).Room too small, but it’s Paris

Liked: I booked at the property because i had a previous positive stay experience
Disliked: The welcoming was kind of agressive, no early check in and no late check out although my booking status allows it. They made me feel that the reservation through booking was kind of unwelcomed
