Excellent service and staff.

Liked: Excellent staff attitude which catered to the guests.Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The mattress could be slightly more softer and comfy.

Liked: only bathrom was good clean, staff was good and location was good .
Disliked: I am not happy It is not worth that I had pay a lot of money , very small breakfast room for which they asked me a fix time which was very strange, our bedrooms beds are very slim you can't turn easily, they were uses old blankets instead of comforters, covered with sheets which separated 10 times during sleep, no carpet on the floor of bedroom and floor was cold you can't stand without sleepers, 1 cupboard which is broken from downside ,it was a worst experience of my life , I wasted my money, a lot of money... I even can't think to go there again , After a day I tried to cancel my booking but they were not taking it seriously.. it was looking like difficult to cancel and move in another good hotel ...so upsetting

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room on the 4th floor with a huge roof garden was great. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne when they heard it was our 40th wedding anniversary. The location near the station was very convenient. Great breakfast too. Definitely recommended.
