Disappointing

Liked: I was there for a day to spend my wife’s birthday. Staff at reception wasn’t willing to help to checkin at 13.00 o’clock and I have found surprisingly that their checkin time is at 15.00. I sent my request that I would like early checkin and it wasn’t high demand season and I think they could accommodate my request. I think they had me wait intentionally till 15.00

Disliked: Not knowing in advance where the room was located (it’s 2 hotels in one)One lift broken, not been informed about it neither offered some compensation. Sometimes it took 20 mins to get back to the room.
