Liked: It has the basic essentials for a 3 star hotel. It was ok
Disliked: I had problems with the personnel in charge in the evening of 03 October 2024, and the cigarette smell in my room that unfortunately signaled the fire alarm. I did not smoke in my room nor carry cigarettes with me, & yet the fire alarm rang stating it came from my room unit 209. It kept going to a point we all were woken up by it. The personnel insists it was me as system suggest so, even though I am not and was asleep. This happened around 2-3 am. How can I even smoke in my room if I don’t carry cigarettes with me and recently had surgery - this is downright absurd. The personnel didn’t even apologized and insists that I was smoking despite I have reason to believe it came from the other room, & vents or AC carried the smell to my room.But overall, the overall facilities were ok and the staffs were helpful & kind, especially Thania, Italian lady & male staff who is originally from Egypt. Sorry as I have forgotten their names.
